Write to editor@tripledoublehq.com. Messages are read by the people who write the index, and replies are sent when a reply is warranted. There is no telephone line and no live chat.
What this address is for
- Corrections — a detail in an entry that is out of date or simply wrong.
- Suggestions — a hotel that clearly belongs in one of the four categories.
- Editorial questions — how a property was chosen, or why something was left out.
- Rights and permissions — queries about text or images published here.
What it is not for
Triple Double HQ cannot take, change, confirm or cancel a reservation, and cannot pass a request on to a hotel. We hold no inventory, no rates and no availability. Anything to do with an actual stay has to go to the property or to the booking channel used to arrange it.
Requests to buy a listing, a link or a favourable mention are declined as a matter of policy and are not answered individually.
Corrections
If you are reporting a correction, naming the page and quoting the sentence makes it considerably faster to fix. Corrections are made quietly and without ceremony.
